Farima Karimi is a Swedish-Iranian screenwriter and producer. She has studied screenwriting at Alma Manusutbildning and holds a Master’s degree from Stockholm Academy of Dramatic Arts in film production. Farima is currently writing a drama series for Yellow Bird, as well as her feature film debut, alongside several other projects for both film and television. As a producer Farima has worked with both fiction and documentaries at different companies in Stockholm. Currently producing the feature thriller Dogborn by Isabella Carbonell at Momento Film, selected for STHLM Debut and was part of the Next Step Programme.
