Bølstad is creator (together with Stephen Uhlander) and episode writer of Nobel, which is competing at the Göteborg Film Festival this year. Her writing credits include drama series The Heavy Water War and The Half-Brother as well as features like King of Devil´s Island. She has written for Radio, BBC4 and The Bush Theatre and she has been script consultant for the Norwegian Film Institute.
