Racha Helen Larsen has several years of experience from the industry, working for many of the largest TV production houses in Norway, as producer, director and post-production manager. In 2018 she was one of the founders of the Oslo based production company Yellow Log. At Yellow Log she is the creative producer, as well as being responsible for the strict company profile and guidelines for selecting projects. Racha has her education from the University of Manchester with a Masters in Ethnographic Documentary, and masters from Volda University in Documentary Filmmaking. Lately, she attained an Executive Master of Management from BI Norwegian Business School.
