By applying for accreditation to Göteborg Film Festival, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the revocation of your accreditation.
Accreditation Categories & Fee
The accreditations that the Göteborg Film Festival offers has been concluded at https://goteborgfilmfestival.se/en/accreditation/. Each category of accreditation may have specific privileges and access levels. Göteborg Film Festival reserves the right to determine the eligibility criteria for each category. The accreditation fee is determined by Göteborg Film Festival.
Accreditation Application
All applicants must complete the accreditation application through the official Göteborg Film Festival website and form. The information provided must be accurate and complete. Incomplete or false information may result in the rejection of your application.
Accreditation Approval
Accreditation approval is at the sole discretion of Göteborg Film Festival. You will be notified of your application status via the contact information provided in your application. Göteborg Film Festival may require additional information or documentation to verify your eligibility.
If your accreditation is approved, your email will be added to our mailing list to provide practical information about the upcoming festival, programme and events.
Accreditation Badge
Upon approval, you will receive an accreditation badge, which is non-transferable and must be worn at all times during the festival. Lost or stolen passes should be reported immediately to festival staff. Misuse or unauthorized transfer of the pass may result in its revocation.
Scheduling and Programming
The festival schedule, screenings, and industry events are subject to change. Göteborg Film Festival is not responsible for any inconvenience or disappointment caused by changes to the programme.
Photography and Recording
By attending Göteborg Film Festival, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and archival purposes. Filmmakers and industry professionals may be required to participate in interviews, panel discussions, and other promotional activities.
Liability
Göteborg Film Festival is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property during the festival. Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings.
Cancellation and Refunds
Termination of Accreditation
Göteborg Film Festival may terminate your accreditation at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason deemed necessary by festival organizers.
Changes to Terms
Göteborg Film Festival reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Please check the official festival website for updates.
