Quebec Delegation
SODEC’s mandate is to promote and support the development of cultural enterprises in Québec and abroad in the audiovisual, book, publishing, fine crafts, art market, music, entertainment and digital creativity.
In the audiovisual sector, SODEC provides financial support for the stages of development, production, distribution, promotion, as well as tax credits. It supports both emerging and well-established companies. The funded projects reflect the richness and diversity of Québec cinema: short and feature films, animated films, fiction and documentaries, action films, dramas, films for families and youth, as well as genre films.
