Is there such a thing as feminine leadership - or is it a contradiction in terms? Are modern women good at it or do they struggle just as much as men? What is the difference between a leader and an executive, a decision-maker, a gate-keeper and a person in position of power and influence? Are leaders born - are they made - or both? How do the primordial energies of masculine and feminine collide, blend and flow to help us lead ourselves and others through uncertainty and rapid change?
These are the questions that creative film and TV consultant Tatjana Samopjan will discuss in her upcoming keynote. Tatjana is a sought-after speaker known for her deep dives into the art, craft and soul of storytelling. For the past 10 years she has been working with European filmmakers and developing films, tv series and documentaries. She is leading creative processes in ways that challenge, deepen and inspire our approach to both the stories we tell and the lives we live.
