Dragon Award Best Swedish Short

The best Swedish short films of the year, from both well-established directors and completely new filmmakers, who together explore the short format’s all artistic possibilities. The films compete for Dragon Award Best Swedish Short, Sweden’s most prestigious short film prize that, since 2004, is handed out during Göteborg Film Festival. Johannes Nyholm, Babak Najafi, Niki Lindroth von Bahr and John Skoog are a few of the filmmakers who have been given the award.
