In a quiet village, thirteen-year-olds Oden and Julian share an intense, isolating bond that blurs the line between friendship and love. Misunderstood and yearning for freedom, they rebel. When their parents plan to separate them, the boys flee by train. Immersed in a bohemian collective, they search for belonging, until jealousy sends Oden alone to Copenhagen, where danger compels him to confront himself and face who he is without Julian.
