Almost There follows Agnes (29), a tragicomic yet endearing young woman clinging to her youth in a world that won’t stand still. The film explores the shift from carefree 20s to demanding 30s, capturing the chaos, pressure, humor, and melancholy of this transition. As an artist, Agnes lives in a music-driven world where performances and songs voice the characters’ inner lives, offering a sharp generational portrait of young adults facing adulthood.
