PUSH THE BUTTON is a satirical road movie that taps into our love–hate relationship with technology. Johanna, a journalist, is pulled into a rip-roaring ride into the Swedish heartland in pursuit of a tech billionaire-cult leader’s radical idea: What if the systems shaping our lives could simply be switched off? Blending absurd humor and contemporary relevance, the film confronts our dependence on the algorithm — and what it means to remain human in a hyper-connected world.
