Göteborg Film Festival at Marché du Film: The Cultural Value of Film
Pia Lundberg, Artistic Director of Göteborg Film Festival, will participate in a panel The Cultural Value of Film at Marché du Film on May 17. The panel is presented by the British Film Institute.
The panel will look into how supporting diverse films strengthens cultural value, reflects our times, and preserves collective memory, while highlighting the role of festivals in amplifying a wide range of voices.
Joining the panel are Isabel Davis (Executive Director, Screen Scotland) and Olivier Père (Head of Cinema / CEO, Arte France Cinéma), and moderated by Briony Hanson (Director of Film, British Council).
