As part of the Discovery platform, selected projects are eligible for the prestigious €15,000 Film Finances Scandinavia Award. This cash development award recognizes one outstanding project from the lineup, offering essential support for its continued development. The award is generously presented by Film Finances Scandinavia.

In 2025, Göteborg Film Festival’s Nordic Film Market launches the Nordic Gateway, a new section connecting international feature films with Nordic partners. Highlighting five high-potential projects from renowned creators and production companies, the initiative sparks opportunities for co-production and financing.
In 2025 one project will receive the 400,000 SEK (€35,000) Tint Post-Production Award, presented by Göteborg-based studio Tint. The award recognizes one exceptional project from the Nordic Gateway section, providing high-quality post-production services to support the winning project’s artistic vision.
