Göteborg Film Festival

Jonas Eskilsson was born in 1982 in Helsingborg, Sweden. He studied at the Filmschool in Gothenburg (now Valand Academy) and works as a producer, director and scriptwriter based in Gothenburg. His short film A Tremor was nominated for the Startsladden award at Göteborg Film Festival in 2012. Jonas’ production company yxfilm has recently produced the feature film Summer’s End as part of Moving Sweden, witch debuted at GIFF in 2016 and screened at SVT1 the same year.
