Where can I pick-up my accreditation?

The Industry Desk in the lobby of Hotel Draken is the place to pick up your accreditations.

When do I get information about 1:1 meetings in TV Drama Vision and Nordic Film Market?

All 1:1 meetings are by invitations only. The invitations to the selected participants have sent out to the participants.

I need to cancel a booked ticket at the Industry Ticket Booking system?

Please contact indusytr@goteborgfilmfestival.se to cancel the ticket.

Accreditation


How do I know if I have an account from previous years?

All guests accredited to the Göteborg Film Festival in the past five years already have an account with us. The easiest way is to try to log in with the email and password you remember using to log in to our Industry Online. If you’ve forgotten your password, simply click ’Forgot Password’ to reset it.

If you’re unsure whether you have an account, try creating a new one. If you receive an error stating the email already exists, reset your password to log in.

I can’t log in to apply for an accreditation, what should I do?

If you’re unable to log in and creating a new account or resetting your password doesn’t help, please email us a description of the issue, along with a screenshot if possible, at accreditation@goteborgfilmfestival.se.

I want to make an accreditation to someone else

If you’re applying for accreditation on behalf of someone else, please create the account and fill in the accreditation form using the attendee’s email. This email will be linked to their account, granting access to the Industry Online and ensuring they receive all relevant communication.

I applied for a wrong accreditation. How can I change my accreditation?

If you’d like to change your accreditation, please contact us at accreditation@goteborgfilmfestival.se.

How long does it take for my application to be approved?

All applications are handled manually, and the approval process varies. You will receive an email with the approval of your application within a few days of applying. If you have not received an email in two weeks, please contact us at accreditation@goteborgfilmfestival.se

How can I receive an invoice or receipt for my accreditation?

After you have made the payment you will receive a receipt with e-mail, that can also be used as an invoice. If you need a different invoice, please contact accreditation@goteborgfilmfestival.se.

Does the festival has a dedicated festival hotel?

The festival hotel is Clarion Hotel Draken. This is also where the Industry Center and the Industry desk is located. Read more about the hotel here

If you can't find any suitable room at Hotel Draken, we recommend Comfort Hotel® Göteborg at Stenpiren.

Can we get a group discount?

If you are interested in purchasing 5 or more accreditations, please contact accreditation@goteborgfilmfestival.se.

Can I cancel my accreditation and receive a refund?

It is possible to cancel your accreditation. For cancellations made between January 1-18, 2026, a 50% reimbursement of your accreditation fee will be provided. Any cancellations actions taken post January 18 will result in no reimbursement.

How long is the accreditation registration open? 

You can apply for accreditations until the last day of the festival. If you have applied beforehand, you will receive information about your accreditation via email.

What does the Industry Online include?

  • Dynamic Who’s Here, where you can contact other accredited;
  • Delegates List’s with emails;
  • Ticket Booking Platform (available to all accredited guests except those with Festival accreditation; opens January 21);
  • Selected festival films on Göteborg Film Festival Online (opens on Jan 22);
  • Possibility to update your profile; 
  • Live Streaming of TV Drama Vision (only available with TV Drama Vision accreditations);
  • Nordic Film Market Online screening (available only to selected participants).

You can log in using the email address you used to apply for accreditation. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it via the login page. The login is located on our website in the top right corner under “Login”. Industry Online is open until February 9, 2026.
