Julien, the director of marginal documentaries, returns to Copenhagen where he’d studied, 16 years earlier, to present his latest film at a festival. Grieving the death of his fiancée, he learns that he has a daughter, Emma, now 16. His close friend Gloria, a Danish filmmaker, is shooting her second feature, despite the obstacles: a difficult male star and an alcoholic producer.
