During the 46th Göteborg Film Festival, we presented a Nostradamus x impACT session titled Game Change: Embracing Talent Sustainability for Success

In times of disruption, we often react by reverting to old ways of working and “safe bets” – but challenges of relevance and audience engagement cannot be solved by treating sustainable change as an optional task. In this future-facing session, gamechangers from across the industry discuss developing new talent and embracing diverse voices in a healthy workplace as practical keys to artistic innovation and audience success, empowering you to operate proactively, and even joyfully, in the changing audiovisual industries.

The session is co-presented by Marché du Film and the impACT initiative. The 10th Nostradamus report will be released during the upcoming Marché du Film 2023 in Cannes.

Moderator: Johanna Koljonen, Nostradamus author, Göteborg Film Festival

Speakers of the session include: Tamara Tatishvili, MEDICI Head of Training – FOCAL Neil Peplow, CEO of London Film School Mette Damgaard-Sørensen, Artistic Director, New Danish Screen – Danish Film Institute Fatih Abay, Diversity & Inclusion Officer, European Film Academy Guillaume Esmiol, Executive Director Marché du Film Aleksandra Zacharchenko, Head of Programs & Training Marché du Film
