United Directors
United Directors focuses on promoting creative screen time, encouraging young people to be active creators rather than passive consumers.
In collaboration with Netflix-featured Oskar Söderlund, 327 secondary school students wrote, directed, and filmed Statsministern Lyssnar (The Prime Minister Listens), where they were free to interpret the question, “What would you say if you had the attention of those in power?” By using screens as creative tools, screen time is transformed from a problem into a positive force, giving young people a voice in a world often dominated by adult authority.
Below, you can read the letter sent by Prime Minister Stefan Löfven in response to the project.
