Discovery Co-production Platform
Discovery is the Nordic Film Market’s dedicated platform for showcasing feature films in development. It aims to promote Nordic creators and talents while fostering connections with co-production and financing partners across Europe.
In 2025, Nordic Film Market will present 15 Nordic films in development. The stage presentations and award ceremony are scheduled for Thursday, January 30, with one-on-one meetings taking place on January 30 and 31. The Discovery section is moderated by Jonas Pedersen Hardebrant.
As part of the Discovery platform, selected projects are eligible for the prestigious €15,000 Film Finances Scandinavia Award. This cash development award recognises one outstanding project from the lineup, offering essential support for its continued development. The award is generously presented by Film Finances Scandinavia.
Priority access is granted to Nordic Film Market-accredited attendees. Presentations will take place at the Biopalatset multiplex cinema.
