A New Europe Must Emerge: Rethinking Power, People, and Pipelines

ARTEF’s 2025 report A New Europe Must Emerge distils insights from four think tanks across the film value chain, bringing together professionals, creatives, scholars, and policymakers to examine how development, funding, marketing, and circulation can become more equitable.
