Wheelchair Accessibility
Cinema/Biograf Draken is wheelchair accessible with assistance from our staff. To reserve a wheelchair space and/or request a companion ticket, please call us at 031-339 30 03 or email info@goteborgfilmfestival.se. A volunteer will meet you at the entrance of Cinema/Biograf Draken 30 minutes before the screening and assist you to the auditorium.

Wheelchair Accessibility
It is easy to enter Hagabion with a wheelchair by yourself. Simply ring the intercom next to the basement door at the entrance, and the ticket staff will respond and unlock the door. You must activate the door opener yourself. After entering you can take the lift up to the second floor. Unfortunately, the lift cannot accommodate the largest three-wheeled power wheelchairs and scooters. However, Salon 1 can accommodate these through the emergency exit directly from the street.

Salon 1 has the 2-3 spots for wheelchairs in the middle of the auditorium with a good view. Salons 2 and 3 have slightly less favourable spots, located at the front– space for 2 wheelchairs in Salon 2 and 1 in Salon 3.

There is an adapted entrance through the gate on the right of the cinema, with a slope leading down to the emergency exit door that leads directly into the auditorium. Inside the auditorium, you can exit to the foyer without stairs or other obstacles.

Wheelchair Space
There are five seats in the center of the front row can be removed to make space for wheelchairs. The number of wheelchairs that can fit depends on their size. There is also one wheelchair space available at each end of the front row. For those using tall or height-adjustable wheelchairs, there is ample space behind the last row of seats as well.
