Tickets and prices

The Göteborg Film Festival takes place from January 24th to February 2nd, 2025.

The program will be released on January 7th.
Ticket sales for Silver and Gold members start on January 9 at 12:00 PM (become a member here!).
Ticket sales for the public start on January 11 at 12:00 PM.

Once tickets are released, they can be purchased here.

Prices

Film ticket daytime showing: 85 SEK*
(Valid Mon–Fri with a start time no later than 3:45 PM)
Film ticket evening and weekend: from 120 SEK*
Festival pass: 60 SEK
Ticket exhange fee: 20 SEK
Silver membership: 395 SEK
Gold membership: 1595 SEK
Onlinepass 11 days: 395 SEK

* Some special screenings have a higher price. Exact prices for each showing can be found at our website.

Unless otherwise stated, the age limit is 15 years.

Group Tickets

Companies and organisations can purchase tickets, book an entire cinema hall, or buy gift vouchers for their employees via invoice.

For information and to purchase group tickets or to book a private cinema hall*, please contact us at: gruppbiljetter@goteborgfilmfestival.se, and we will be happy to assist you further.

To book an entire cinema hall, the reservation must be made no later than 11th January.*

Student Discount

With Studentkortet, you receive a 20% discount on online passes, movie tickets, and memberships.
Log in at studentkortet.se to obtain your discount code.

We also offer special prices for upper secondary schools and universities! Email us at skolbiljetter@goteborgfilmfestival.se, and we'll be happy to assist you with bookings and provide recommendations for films that might suit your group.

Box Office Ticket Sales

During the first few sales days, a pre-sale box office will be open at Biograf Draken (Järnbäraregatan 6B). Here you can purchase tickets, festival passes, and Silver and Gold memberships.

January 11th – 12th : 12 pm – 5 pm (for everyone)
January 24th: 12 pm – 9 pm

Ticket Managment

Your tickets and festival passes are digital and will be emailed to you. You can also create a personal account at goteborgfilmfestival.se/biljetter. There, you will find your tickets under 'My Account'.

Printing and forwarding tickets

All tickets are sent digitally, and you can present them directly on your phone at the screening.
You can print your tickets at home or have them printed at our ticket desk at Draken. If you have many tickets you'd like printed at the ticket desk, please contact us in advance at info@goteborgfilmfestival.se.
