Emma Pål Brunzell is a director and screenwriter based in Malmö. Her short films have screened at prestigious festivals such as Palm Springs Shortfest and Encounters Film Festival. Her latest short film Punani Steam won the 1 km film prize at Stockholm Film Festival 2021 and was selected for Best Swedish Short Competition at Göteborg Film Festival the same year. She is developing her feature debut with the working title Paradis, produced by B-Reel Films.
