Matilda Kong is the CEO and co-founder of the Swedish tech startup Ceretai. By using AI for automatic equality and diversity analysis of film and media, Ceretai wants to enable a change in the media industry. With a background as a civil engineer, Matilda worked as a business developer at SEB and as regional manager at the Venture Cup innovation competition before resigning to start Ceretai in 2018. Matilda has also worked as a consultant lecturer in gender equality and diversity.
