As former distributor Van Bommel released over 500 feature films working for distribution companies and from 2003 as Managing Director of Independent Films. In 2009 she founded the production company Millstreet Films, known quality films and drama series from a contemporary female perspective. She is a board member of the Dutch producers guild NAPA.
