Nostradamus Academy is Göteborg Film Festival’s exclusive training programme for film and television industry professionals, providing new knowledge of industry changes and practical tools to build long-term sustainability.

The film industry is in rapid upheaval with changing business models, new professional roles and global players in local markets. At the same time being affected by macro-trends such as climate crisis, economic fluctuations, weakened democracies and, not least, the ongoing pandemic.

Nostradamus Academy offers high-end curated content over three sessions that give new knowledge of industry changes and practical tools to build long-term sustainability. Under qualified professional mentors and speakers, the participants will identify their professional goals, create a strategy and make a plan for the future.

The course is mainly targeting Western Swedish professionals but is also open to Swedish speaking industry from the rest Scandinavia.
