Marja is a producer based in Helsinki. She has been working at Tekele Productions since 2018. Before that, Marja produced several short films screened at festivals such as Visions du Réel, Karlovy Vary, Hot Docs, Aspen Shorts Fest and Nordisk Panorama. She holds a master’s degree from Aalto University and has been selected for workshops such as Berlinale Talents, Nordic Talents, Rotterdam Lab and EAVE Producers Workshop. Marja is interested in fresh stories and filmmakers with a voice of their own. She loves to work with fiction and documentary.
