Lars Blomgren is heading the international TV unit for L.A.-based Media Res (The Morning Show, Scenes from a Marriage), after decades of experience in drama production in Europe, most recently as head of global scripted at Paris-based Banijay Group where he lead the company’s unparalleled network of award– winning scripted producers around the world. Before joining Banijay, Blomgren was co-founder and former Managing Director of Filmlance International AB, the award-winning Swedish production company where he was responsible for 65 titles, including global hit Bron/Broen (The Bridge), which has since been adapted into seven different international versions.
