Hans-Jørgen Osnes previously worked as producer and executive producer of feature films and drama series for the prestigious independent production company, Motlys. In 2021 he joined NRK as head of international financing drama. Osnes work involves finding strategies and building network to secure financing, so that NRK can create even more world class drama.
