TV Drama Vision moves to Draken

Göteborg Film Festival’s TV Drama Vision conference and drama series market is relocating to the new venue, Draken, starting with the upcoming edition. The iconic 700-seated cinema combined with great meeting areas at the connected Clarion Hotel Draken, will comprise the framework for TV Drama Vision 2024.

In 2024, TV Drama Vision will once again present the main drama series meeting point in the Nordics, featuring a future-facing programme, with a curated lineup of Nordic and European series and creative talents, the latest global business trends, and insights into the near future of the industry.

The conference programme will comprise a mix of talks, panels, co-production pitches and series showcases with the beautiful cinema Draken as the main stage. This year, we are also happy to introduce the wall-to-wall additional stage Drama Hall for in-depth sessions.

Clarion Hotel Draken will serve as the industry centre, providing excellent meeting venues and conference facilities, including a rooftop bar offering panoramic views of Göteborg.

The 18th TV Drama Vision will be held January 30–31, 2024.

Nordic Film Market expands programme

Nordic Film Market is the key market for exploring new and emerging Nordic films and talents. In 2024, the market will introduce a deepened focus on Nordic films in development, facilitating co-production opportunities and partnerships in Göteborg.

With the 25th edition coming up, Göteborg Film Festival’s Nordic Film Market will present a curated selection of new Nordic films for distribution, works in progress, and an extended lineup of films in development and pre-production at the market’s co-production platform Discovery. And as always, the primary industry meeting place in the region.

Göteborg Film Festival’s multiplex cinema Biopalatset will serve as the main venue for market screenings, project presentations and talks, and Clarion Hotel Draken for one-on-one meetings, networking and social events, and accommodation.

The 25th edition of Nordic Film Market will be held January 31–February 2, 2024.
