Jørgen Færøy  (b. 1991) is a screenwriter based in Oslo. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in screenwriting from The Norwegian Film School in 2016. The same year, his exam film, Generation Mars, was a finalist for the Student Oscars. He has since written on several TV series, including as episodes’ writer on the series Nudes which won the Golden Screen for best youth program and was broadcast in thirteen countries. His debut feature film as a writer, Ebba, co-written with director Johanna Pyykkö, is scheduled to begin shooting in the spring of 2022.
